For women, individual coaching creates space to better understand yourself, work through what’s getting in the way, and develop practical strategies for the life, career, and goals you’re building. We specialize in supporting women with ADHD and traumatic brain injury (TBI), while welcoming women with a wide range of experiences and goals.
