After experiencing a traumatic brain injury (TBI), I discovered a gap in the support, understanding, and resources available to individuals navigating neurodiversity and life transitions. As I learned to advocate for myself, I became committed to helping bridge that gap so others feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
That commitment became the foundation for Let's Talk Collective LLC. I founded the organization to help bridge those gaps by turning meaningful conversations into understanding, practical strategies, and opportunities for individuals, leaders, and organizations to grow together.
Today, Let's Talk Collective partners with individuals, leaders, and organizations to cultivate growth, strengthen workplace culture, and build more inclusive communities.
